All of our products are undercoated with an acrylic primer to help seal and protect the wood, they then receive a quality acrylic paint colour and finally a water resistant sealer is applied – the product will be smooth to the touch adding a quality feel.
We allow ourselves up to two working weeks to build and ship – we will keep you updated throughout the process and timings will be confirmed when we discuss your requirements
We are happy to offer collection and we can provide free local delivery (within a 10mile radius of Lostock Hall, Lancashire).
If your order requires shipping, we will discuss your options when you contact us to enquire.
As our products are personalised items, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged during shipping. If your product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Payment will be taken once we have received and confirmed your order. You will receive a payment request from SumUp where you can pay securely and will be issued a receipt.
